Characteristics:

1.    High degree of automation,the whole molding production line can be operated by 1-2 people (pouring excluded)

3.    Uniform sand filling, during the molding operation, sand box and mold are flipped by 90°horizontally, both the upper and lower sand box shooting sand from the top to the bottom, with a unique angle design of the sand shooting.It increases filling ability & hardness of sanding mould. Every mould have same density.

4.    Outstanding sand castings quality:By controlling sand shooting pressure, vertical sand shooting and subsidized sand shooting to achieve uniformity of sand filling density to guarantees the exceptional castings quality.

5.    It has ability to vary the molding height with three grade based on the castings height and sand mould thickness, which effectively adapts the mold size to the to various pattern profiles. The variable mold height also allows for the efficient use of sand.

6.    Lower sand performance requirements:The FBO moulding machine shoots sand from the top to bottom, easy to fill sand ao it has  lower requirements for sand reclamation;

7.    Hydraulic squeezing pressure balance control" ensures stable molding by improving the transcription performance and preventing pattern distortion.

8.    The drive of the upper and lower sand box adopts hydraulic proportional valve control to ensure stable molding and prevent pattern distortion.

9.    The sand mould push-out device is controlled by hydraulic proportional valve, which push it to the trolley of the auxiliary line steadily.

10. The automatic drag shuttle mechanism of the lower sand box has been adopted for safe, comfortable, and easy core setting.
