Description
When the cooling system starts working, the control system first detects the temperature and humidity of the old sand, and determines the amount of water to be added based on this. The old sand enters the tray and, driven by the mixer and wind, moves in two directions: horizontal and vertical. At the same time, the water addition system evenly sprays the determined amount of water into the old sand, and the water evaporates and carries away a large amount of heat. The evaporated hot steam is quickly extracted and enters the dust removal system. During the cooling process of the cooler, the temperature and humidity detection devices installed in the system continuously detect and monitor the changes in the temperature and humidity of the old sand. At the same time, the working current of the mixing motor is continuously detected to adjust the opening of the sand outlet door to maintain the stability of the sand amount in the cooler. By detecting the sand outlet temperature and moisture, feedback is given to the water addition control system to adjust the water amount, ensuring that the temperature of the sand outlet is controlled within 45 degrees (summer ambient temperature+10 degrees), and the moisture content is accurately controlled at 2 ± 3%.
