I. Q376 Single Hanger Type Shot Blasting Cleaning Machine
The Q376 shot blasting machine is a universal piece of equipment designed for cleaning small and medium-sized castings, with the following key features:
1.Workpiece Applicability: It can handle workpieces weighing up to 500kg with external dimensions within φ600×1200mm, suitable for surface cleaning of multi-variety, small-batch castings, forgings and steel structural components.
2. Cleaning Efficiency: Equipped with two 200kg/min blasting impellers, the machine delivers a total abrasive flow rate of 400kg/min. Paired with a 24T/h bucket elevator and 24T/h abrasive separator, it achieves high-speed abrasive circulation and separation, boosting cleaning efficiency by over 30% compared with conventional equipment.
