        The road surface shot blasting machine uses motor-driven shot blasting wheels to generate centrifugal force and wind force during high-speed rotation. When the particles with high particle size flow into the shot pipe (which can control the flow rate of the particles), they are accelerated and brought into the high-speed rotating shot wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, the particles are thrown out of the shot wheel window into the directional sleeve, and then thrown out through the directional sleeve window (which controls the throwing direction of the particles). They are picked up by the high-speed rotating blades and continuously accelerated along the length direction of the blades until they are thrown out. The fan-shaped stream formed by the thrown particles impacts the working plane to clean and strengthen it. Then the projectile, along with dust and impurities, passes through the rebound chamber and reaches above the storage hopper. A high-power dust collector separates the pellets and dust through a separation device above the storage hopper. The pellets enter the storage hopper for further circulation, while the dust enters the dust collector through a connecting pipe. When dust enters the dust collector, it is separated by the filter element and stays on the surface of the ash hopper and filter element. The automatic blowback dust collector can automatically clean each filter element at intervals using the blowback air provided by the compressor. Internally, the machine is cleaned by the airflow of a matching vacuum cleaner to recycle the pellets and impurities separately, and make the pellets reusable. The shot blasting machine is equipped with a dust collector, which can achieve dust-free and pollution-free construction, improving efficiency and protecting the environment.
